Infant- | A child from birth to 12 months of age. |
Length (recumbent)- | The measurement from the vertex of the head to the heel of the foot |

Preschool Child- | A child 3 to 6 years old. |

Toxoid- | A toxin a poisonous substance produced by a bacterium that has been treated by heat or chemicals to destroy harmful properties. Administered to prevent infectious disease. |
Vaccine- | A suspension of attenuated (weakened) or killed microorganisms administered to an individual to prevent an infectious disease by stimulating the production of antibodies in the individual. |
Vertex- | The top of the head. |
