P.E. soccer

How many people are on the field at one time during a soccer game? 11 people; 1 goalie, 2 fullbacks, 5 forwards, 3 midfielders
How do you decide who kicks off first? A coin toss
Where does the kick off take place? In the middle of the field.
How many minuets are in each half of a soccer game? 35 minuets
What does one goal equal? 1 point
What is the goalies job? To keep the ball from going into the goal. Also they are the only people that can use their hands on the field.
Dribbling- is short taps or kicks to yourself to move the ball down the field.
What is the part of your foot that has the best control? The inside
Trapping- stopping the ball; any body part ca be used EXCEPT arm/hands
Tackling- steal the ball
Heading- hitting the ball with your head; contact is made on the hairline
Throw in- two handed overhead pass
When does a throw in occur? When the ball goes out-of-bounds on the sideline or the touchline
What are all the parts of a soccer field? center circle, halfway line, goal box, penalty box, corner acr, end line, sideline aka touchline, penalty kick mark
