Why should I go to church?

Why should I go to church?Discovery CitationDiscovery VerseSilver CitationSilver Verse
Church is a place where I can learn about the bible. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness. So that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
Church is a place where I can worship and praise God. Psalm 95:6 Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the LORD our Maker. Psalm 100:2 Worship the LORD with gladness; come before Him with joyful songs.
Church is a place where I can pray for others. Ephesians 6:18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints. 1 Thessalonians 5:11 Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
Church is a place where we can encourage each other. 1 Thessalonians 5:11 Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing. Hebrews 3:13 But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called Today, so that none of you may be hardened by sin's deceitfulness.
Church is a place where I can make Christian friends. Hebrews 10:24-25 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another--and all the more as you see the Day approaching. Ephesians 4:29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.
Church is a place where I can serve. 1 Timothy 4:12 Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life , in love, in faith and in purity. Titus 2:7a In everything set them an example by doing what is good.
Church is a place where I can give my offering. 2 Corinthians 9:7 Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. James 1:17a Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights.
Church is a place where I remember Christ's death and resurrection in a special way.(Part 1) Luke 22:19-20 And He took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, "This is My body given for you; do this in remembrance of Me."
Church is a place where I remember Christ's death and resurrection in a special way.(Part 1) Luke 22:20 In the same way, after the supper He took the cup, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is poured out for you."
