| What are some facts about a Pharaohs' tomb? | They were pyramids built during the Old Kingdom. Planning for a tom began after the pharaoh was crowned. Building the pyramid took a lot of planning. It was made of many stones hand cut by workers that came from as far away as Nubia. |
| How were the pyramids built? | Workers used sleds, wooden rollers, and levers to drag, and push the blocks up ramps. It was very dangerous because of the falling rocks. Archaologists believe that peasants were forced to work for a vew months at a time to build the pyramids. |
