What is the Protestant? Term came from the name given to German princes who fought the Pope

What is indulgence? A pardon releasing a person from punishments due for a sin
What was the Council of Trent? A meeting of Roman Catholic leaders, called by Pope Paul III to rule on doctrines criticized by Protestant Reformation
What is secular? Concerned with worldly than spiritual matters
Who started the Church of England? King Henrey VIII
Who reformed the Chrcuh of England? Queen Elizabeth I
Who was Bocaccio? An Italian writer, who was best known in the Decameron, a series of stories that presents the follies of his character
