| Climate Change | Our earth is getting warmer causing melting ice, extreme heat, and big storms which affect plants, animals, and humans. |
| Multinational Corporations | These are huge companies that have offices and factories in many different countries at the same time. |
| Tariff | An extra tax a country puts on a good it buys from another country. |
| Tax | Money that the government collects from people to pay for things like schools, roads, or police. |
| Globalization | Increasing connectedness of economics and ways of life around the world. |
| Migration | When a lot of people move from one home to another. They often leave for big reasons: better jobs, safety, fresh start. |
| Economy | The way a country or group of people makes, shares, and uses all the goods, services, and money. |
