| What was life like in the 1950s? | Life was great in the 1950s, the economy was good and there had just been a baby boom. There was a lot of it entertainment and there were fads like frisby's, hula hoops, fast food, travel, and rock and roll. |

| Who was Earl Warren and what did he do for Mr Brown? | He was a supreme court Justice on the Brown versus BOE of Topeka ,Kansas. He helped brown win 9-0 To make segregation illegal. |
| What is civil Disobedience? | Civil disobedience is where you break the law nicely, in other words it is a non-Violent protest. |
| Who was Mohandis Gandhi and what did he do? | He was a strong believer of Civil Disobedience, he wants walked all the way to the sea to get salt because the British had a salt tax and he thought that it was unfair. He also got many other people to join him on this plan. |
| Who was Henry David Thoreau? | He was an American author that came up with the idea of on-violent protests, he went to prison but he thought it was silly for they should lock up his mind, that's what was dangerous about him. |

| Who was Orval Faubus and what did he challenge? | He was the governor of Arkansas and he challenged integration. |

| Who did Dwight Eisenhower call out to stop arkansas from challenging integration? | He called the 21st Airborne Division, they were the best of the best and it quickly shut down the protests of Arkansas. |
| Who was Gary Francis Powers and what did he do? | He was the last pilot tasked to fly over Russia to take pictures and try and find missiles that Russia was making. He unfortunately got caught and was forced to tell Russia everything. |

| What did Dixson try and cover up the U-2 accident as? | He tried to cover it up as a weather balloon but that wasn't so successful. He eventually apologized to the people of America because after this the Cold War amps up again. |
| Who is Fidel Castro? | He starts a revolution to get Liberty for the Cuban people he eventually becomes the leader of Cuba and unfortunately with all the power that he gets from that role becomes a dictator. |
| What happened on the bay of the pig's day? | The CIA asked whoever wanted to invade Cuba to overthrow Fidel Castro attack on the beach, 160 people volunteered. When the day finally came to attack the Cuban people were already ready for it and they knew that it was the US. |

| How does america quarantine Cuba? | America quarantine Cuba essentially blocking them in, but america didn't use the word blockade the used quarantine because if they had used the word blockade it would be a war act. |
