The Bloom Waxy adhesive substance coating the outside of the grape Contains microflora in the yeast family

Ethanol in the wine acts as a... Preservative; it gets better with age if it is sealed

What are some identifiable qualities in wine? The vintage, and what vineyards/climate it was grown in
Wine differentiation from beer There is an extreme variation in the price of wines compared to beer, which is often sold at more relative prices
