I/O Intake/Output: the amount of fluids a patient has taken in (by IV or mouth) and produced
PERRLA Pupils are equal, round, and reactive to light and accommodations
Febrile To have a fever
Idiopathic No known specific cause, it just happens
Sequela A problem resulting from a disease or injury
