Epidemiologist A specialist in a study of cases and distribution of diseases in populations and the use of data to enhance public health
S.O.A.P Subjective- what the patient is saying to you, their own words Objective- the data and information gathered from the physical exam Assessment- the analysis of the patient, diagnosis and problem are discussed Plan- course of action moving forward
Lethargic decrease in consciousness in a patient, can indicate the patient is really sick
Phlebotomist someone who removes blood from a body for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes
Discharge Summary includes how the patient felt when admitted, what happened during the patients stay in the hospital, and what find of follow up care they will receive

PERRLA pupils are equal, round, and reactive to light and accommodation
Front of the body is also known as: vental, astral, anterior
