BUDs for Compounded Sterile Products Immediate use: 4 hours due to no PEC Category 1: 12 hours for room temp, 24 for fridge Category 2: 1-45 days for room temp, 4-60 for fridge, 45-90 for frozen Category 3: 60-90 days for room temp, 90-120 for fridge, 120-180 for frozen
