Matrix A matrix is the designated timeframe for appointments based on the method of appointment duration
Modified Wave Scheduling Similar to wave; however, patients are scheduled in a 15-min time period
New Patient The initial appointment of the first encounter after a 3-year absence from the organization
Open-Booking Unscheduled walk-ins; occurs during open office hours and in the order of their arrival
Preferences The medical organization's and provider's norms
