Venipuncture & Dermal Puncture

| rapport | aka bedside manner , showing courtesy and respect, being professional |
| code of ethics | set of written or unwritten rules, procedures or guidelines, choices to help us determine right from wrong |
| law | a rule of conduct or action prescribed or formally recognized as binding or enforced by a controlling authority |
| respondent superior | latin for let the master answer, or let the master speak |
