what is a parasaggital plane? unequal divide through midline
what is a transverse plane? plane extends right to left front to back dividing body into superior and inferior sections running latitudinally at right angles to body axis
name the small anatomical regions trunk, cephalic, upper limb and lower limb

define superficial closer to body surface
define deep towards body's interior
define proximal closer to fixed base (trunk)
define distal further from fixed base (trunk)
define medial towards midline
