Hygiene Practices to keep the body clean

Axilla Underarm or armpit area
Halitosis Bad breath
Plaque Substance that accumulates on the teeth from food and bacteria
Tartar Plaque can turn into hard deposits
Gingivitis Inflammation of the gums
Dentures Artificial teeth
Bridge A type of dental appliance that replaces missing teeth
Dandruff Skin condition in which dry, white flakes appear on the scalp and hair due to shedding of dead skin from the scalp
Pediculosis Medical term for an infestation of lice
Edentulous Lacking teeth; toothless
