what is interpeduncular fossa? a deep depression in the midline that separates the crus cerebri
what are the components of crus cerebri? a groove from which the oculomotor nerve emerges medially. a posterior perforated structure for the passage of blood vessels
lateral geniculate body in the lateral surface of midbrain, connected by the sup brachium to sup colliculus
medial geniculate body in the lateral surface of midbrain, connected by the inf brachium to the inf colliculus
