QuestionAnswer
Unitary Gives all the power to a central government. The government may delegate a few small duties, but it has final authority. Unitary governments are stronger than federal.
confederation political units like states- The central government only makes decisions that affect the confederation. Example- the Confederate States of America.
Federal Divides power between the central government and smaller political units. USA
Autocratic one leader holds complete power.
oligarchic small group of people with wealth or power
democratic the people hold the power
Parliamentary the legislature controls the power
