| How did the Native Americans get to North America? | They crossed through the Bering Strait during the last Ice Age. |
| What did the Anasazi do to adapt to their environment? | By the 900’s, the Anasazi were building and living in pueblos which were villages with large, apartment-style groupings made of stone and clay baked in the sun. This held a large amount of people and help them avoid the heat. |
| What were the Mound Builders? | The Mound Builders built large mounds of earth that were filled with copper and stone artwork. When seen from above, some mounds revealed the shapes of animals. |
| What was the Iroquois League? | This was a alliance of 5 tribes so all the tribes can get food to go through the winter. |
