What is the difference between a co-payment and co-insurance? A copayment is a set rate you pay for types of care. Coinsurance is the percentage of costs you pay after you've met your deductible.
What type of healthcare is usually prvided by employers? PPO's
What is Medigap? various forms of private insurance.
Who lives in independent living facilities? Peopel who need help doing daily activities- mainly elderly people.
What are voluntary agencies? An organization who focuses on a specific disease or disablity.
What does CDC stand for? Center of Disease Control and Pervention

Why is mental health important? Mental health is important because with poor mental health yourself or others could get hurt.
In genaral, What do hospitals do? Provides diagnostic, treatment and surgical services for patients.
Who do school health care services provide care for? Victims
What does OSHA stand for? Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
Why is an organizational system important? It keeps people orderly leaving no room for injury or danger.
What do genetic colunsling centers do? They work with pregnant women or women trying to get pregnant.
What are optical centers? They work on eyes and test vision.
What does USDHHS stand for? United States Department of Health and Services.
What is manged care? A health care delivery system organized to manage cost, utilization, and quality.
Why do people have working compensation? A form of insurance providing wage replacement and medical benefits.
What is a deductible? The amount paid out of pocket by the policy holder.
