objective information or symptoms that can be observed such as vital signs, exam findings, lab results etc.
over-the-counter (OTC) referring to accessible, non prescription drugs
patronizing treating condescendingly
prioritizing arranging in order of importance
remedies anything that relieves or cures a disease
screening a preliminary or indicating procedure
subjective information supplied by the patient that includes past personal history, medical history, and routine information
symptoms any perceptible change in the body or its function that indicates disease or the phase of the disease
triage a system of sorting and identifying the severity of injuries
