What does PERRLA stand for? Pupils are equal, round, and reactive to light and accommodations.
Definition of BID Twice daily.
Definition of TID Three times daily.
A SOAP note is: A way of thinking and a pattern used in writing medical notes.
What is the difference between acute and chronic? Acute means the symptoms have recently started while chronic symptoms means they have been going on for a while.
