Egalitarian | 1 : a belief in human equality especially with respect to social, political, and economic affairs. 2 : a social philosophy advocating the removal of inequalities among people. |

Patriarchy | a system of society or government in which the father or eldest male is head of the family and descent is traced through the male line. |
Hinderance | a thing that provides resistance, delay, or obstruction to something or someone. |
Elite | a select group that is superior in terms of ability or qualities to the rest of a group or society. |
Pastoral | (especially of land or a farm) used for or related to the keeping or grazing of sheep or cattle. |
Stratified | form or arrange into strata. |
Conduit | a channel for conveying water or other fluid. |
Artisan | a worker in a skilled trade, especially one that involves making things by hand. |
Textile | a type of cloth or woven fabric. |
Metallurgy | the branch of science and technology concerned with the properties of metals and their production and purification. |
Surplus | an amount of something left over when requirements have been met; an excess of production or supply over demand. |
Bureaucracy | a system of government in which most of the important decisions are made by state officials rather than by elected representatives. |
Fertility | the quality of being fertile; productiveness. |
Mobilized | (of a country or its government) prepare and organize (troops) for active service. |

Razed | completely destroy (a building, town, or other site). |
Reinforce | strengthen or support (an object or substance), especially with additional material. |
Diaspora | the dispersion of the Jews beyond Israel. |
Piety | the quality of being religious or reverent. |
Divergent | tending to be different or develop in different directions. |
