Altiplano Altiplano a high plain centerd in Bolivia.
Terrace Terrace or flat strip of level land.
Pachacuti Pachacuti was the Inca emperor.
Diplomacy Diplomacy is the management of communication and relationship between people or nation.
Huayna capac Huayna capac the last great sapa Inca took power in 1493.
Hierarchy A Hierarchy is a system for ranking members of a group according to their importance.
Ayllu The Ayllu was a group of related families that lived in the same location.
Communal property All the land in the empire was Communal property that was owed and manage by the government for public use.
Mita Mita or labor tax.
Theology Theology or religious teaching and practices.
Administration Administration means the management of a government or business.
Quipu Quipu a record keeping device made of knotted strings.
Census Census or population survey.
Welfare state Incas created an early form of today what we call a Welfare state this is a government that takes responsibility for well being of its citizens.
