When does Moonsoon Season start? Its can last from June to September.
What are Indo-Ganges Plain? Where the Himalayas fan out to the east and west through the wide, flat plain called the Indo- Ganges plain.
Where is the Indus River Valley? Lies by the Pakistan.
Where is the Deccan Plateau? It lies between the Arabian Sea and Bay of Begal.
What is a Harappa and Mohenjo-Daro? This was home to thousands of people.
What is Sanskrit? This was a different language to different people who were living in the valley.
What is another name for vedas? The" Book of Knowledge".
What is Brahmins? They are Priest or Teaches who are held in the highest position of society.
What are Sudras? They are serfs who were given lowest position in society.
Who was Cyrus the second? He was the founder of the Persian Empire.
Who was Darius the first? He was the one who followed Cyrus and the one who brought The Persian Empire to India.
Who took power in 270 B.C? Ashoka.
What was Hinduism ? This was the main religion for India.
What was the Rig Veda? It was a collection of more than 1,000 hymns that priest recited at ceremonies and during rituals.
What was Brahma? This was the source and final destination of everything.
What was Reincarnation? It was a process which a person goes from one life to another.
What is Caste? A lifelong social group in which he or she is born.
What is Buddhism? It was a religion which Emperor Ashoka spread.
What was the Buddha? It was a religion that was established in India.
What was Bodh Gaya? It was a type of Meditation.
What was Enlightenment? it was a taste of pure goodness.
What were the Fourth Noble Truths? It was about human suffering.
What was the Eightfold path? a way of living that can help them find relief from their suffering.
