Where did the Egyptains get their water? the Nile River
List ways Egyptains used the Nile River. Drinking, bathing,farming, cooking,and cleaning.
What two rivers does the Nile start out as? The Bule Nile and the White Nile.
What were cataracts? Wild rapids.
What is a delta? An area of fertile soil.
What two bodies of water allowed Egyptains to trade with people outside of Egypt? The Medditerranean Sea and the Red Sea
How did deserts protect the Egyptains? They supported no life so it was almost impossible for enemies to pass through them.
How did delta marshes protect the Egyptains? The deltas allowed no harbors.
To the East of the Nile Valley is the EAstern Desert.
To the west of the Nile Valley is the Sahara Desert
What body of water allows the Egyptains to trade with Egyptains from other villages? The Nile River
