Who were the only people aloud inside the Ziggurats? Priests.
What surrounded the Ziggurats? Courts.
What did Sumerians believe were their gods? All forces of nature.
Who went to school in Sumer? Wealthy boys.
What did wealthy boys learn how to become? Scribes.
What was their type of writing called? Cuneiform.
Why did writing develop? People had to keep track of business deals.
