Raja The leader of a group of Aryans.
Aryans Invaders from Central Asia who were nomads. Ended the Harappan civilization.
Harappa The city where the Harappan civilization settled.
Indus River The river that flows from the mountains through India. India's first civilization stated he
Ganges River Another river found in India that flowed from the mountains. Remember rivers were important to civilization because it provided fertile land.
Hindu Kush Mountains Another mountain found in India. Remember mountain provided natural protection from invaders
