| What is the AH-HA finding for plantar fascitis? | Px first few steps after resting or getting out of bed in the morning. Px is on medial, anterior aspect of calcaneus. |
| What are the posture findings with plantar fasc? | Pronated calcaneus, pes planus |
| What would you find during palpation? | tenderness in medial calcaneal attachment, swelling in med. Longitudinal arch, adhesions in plantar fascia. |
| What are the ROM findings? | AF & PR reveal pain on extension of big toe, and pain on hopping on forefoot |
| What test can be used for this? | Gastrocnemius/soleus length test |
| What is a tx focus for plantar fascitis? | Friction, stretch, ice |
