Census periodic count of people in a country, city, or other reagon.
Gladiator a Roman athlete (slave, prisoner of war, criminal, etc.) who was forced to fight for the entertainment of the public.
Cleopatra the ruler of the Egyptian government in Alexandria who backed up Julius Caesar during the time of Roman Civil war for who was going to be emperor of Rome.
Julius Caesar 100-44 B.c.- Roman general who became the republic's dictator in 45 B.c
Augustus the first emperor of Rome who established the Pax Romana.
Gaul an ancient region & Roman provence that includes most of modern-day France.
Colosseum LARGE Roman staduim, mainly used for sporting events.
Pantheon Large, DOMED temple, built in Rome to honor many gods/goddesses.
