Germany unification1

Who was Otto Von Bismark? Chancellor behind unification of Germany.
Congress of Vienna Congress that formed the German confederation which loosely joined the countries of Germany under Austria.
German confederation Ended the Napoleonic wars.
Prussia Otto Von Bismark became chancellor of Prussia in 1872, and began to unite Germany under King William. Under the philosophy of Realpolitk, he went to war with Austria, and won. He than tricked Napoleon into declaring war on Prussia, and he won again.
Chancellor Unifies or leads a country.
Realpolitik Putting your countries needs above anything else.
Austro-Prussian war Under Realpolitik, Bismark makes up a reason to declare war on Austria. The war lasted seven weeks, and Prussia won.
Franco Prussian War Bismark tricked Napoleon III of France into declaring war on Prussia, and once again, Prussia won, which strengthened Bismark and Prussia even more.
William I Crowned Kaiser of the new empire of Germany and the second Reich of Germany began.
Kaiser A king.
