Traditional Religion religions of West Africa based on the worship of different aspects of nature and ancestors
Ancestor Veneration the worshiping of the spirit of ancestors in the belief that they are connected to the gods
Animism the belief that bodies of water, animals, trees, and other natural objects have spirits
Demand a consumer's desire and willingness to pay a price for a specific good or service
Natural Resources materials or substances such as minerals, forests, water, and fertile land that occur in nature and can be used for economic gain
Rain Forests moist, densely wooded areas
Sahel a strip of land with little rainfall that divides the desert from wetter areas
