Who was Ibn Battutah? A famous Muslim traveler from North Africa.
What 2 religion are common in east Africa? Islam, Christianity
Why are churches in east Africa unique and different? They had their own unique traditions. Different from church to church.
What is unusual about churches built during King Lalibela's rule? The churches were carved into solid red rock.
