Indus River a river in S Asia, flowing from W Tibet through Kashmir and Pakistan to the Arabian Sea
Pakistan a republic in S Asia, between India and Afghanistan
Indians a member of any of the peoples native to or inhabiting India
Irrigation the artificial application of water to land to assist in the production of crops.
Aryans A group of people that invaded India. They changed Indian life which they still follow today.
Hindu The religion that the Aryans brought to India.
Caste any class or group of society sharing common cultural features
Outcaste a person of no caste
Buddha Indian religious leader
Buddhists The people who followed Buddha were called this.
