William Shakespeare | The most famous English writer of the Renaissance, author of Hamlet and Romeo and Juliet |
Elizabethan Age | The period between 1558 and 1603 when Queen Elizabeth ruled England |
Johann Gutenberg | Inventor of the printing press |
Printing Press | A machine that pressed paper against a tray of movable type |
