Who or what conquered the Inca empire? Spanish soldiers invaded and conquered the Inca empire
What describing words were used on the Inca empire? Prosperous, stable, and peaceful
How many people were in the Inca empire? The Inca empire contained as many as ten million people from hundred different ethnic groups.
