Where did the the Aztecs build there empire? In the basin in the Valley of Mexico.
What made The Valley of Mexico favorable for the growth of civilization? The floor of the basin was covered with several large, shallow lakes, the land was fertile, and the climate was mild.
What was the Triple Alliance? Its where the Aztecs joined forces with two other city-states in a pact.
What is a Chinampa? A Chinampa is a floating garden in water.
Who was Montezuma? He was the emperor when The Aztecs empire reached its height.
When did Montezuma become emperor? He became the Aztec king in 1502.
When did the Aztecs founded tenochtitlan? It was founded 1325.
