What is a calpulli? A small village where citizens were divided into.
what is a agrarian? Someone whose life was related to farming.
What is sacrifice? An offering to the gods, such as animals or people.
What Valley did the Aztecs settle in? In the Valley of Mexico.
What are chinampas? Floating gardens in the middle of a lake.
What is a basin? A bowl-shaped area with lakes.
What is the Triple Alliance? The Aztecs and cities-states formed together.
Why did the Aztecs settle where they did? according to legend the chief god told them.
If commoners weren't farmers what would be? artisans or traders.
What were there motives for war? Tributes and capturing prisoners.
