A nerve reflex is what kind of action? involuntary.
Almost every reflex is: polysynaptic (meaning the signals cross many synapses/synaptic clefts).
Sensory receptors send information to: the central nervous system (CNS).
Three main sensory receptors: exteroceptors, interoceptors, & proprioceptors.
Exteroceptors are located: on the outside of the body.
Interoceptors are located: inside the body.
Proprioceptors are located: in & around joints & muscles.
