Schizoid Personality Disorder signs ? *Detachment from social relationships and a restricted range of emotional expression *rather be solitary, no pleasure in anything, no relationship desire, no sex drive
Schizoid Personality Disorder tmt ? *usu present when illness is bad bc of reluctance to engage with people *accept they may remain uninvolved in tmt
Schizotypal Personality Disorder signs ? *Acute discomfort in close relationships, cognitive or perceptual distortions, and behavioral eccentricities *want close relationships, but just too odd to have them *magical/weird beliefs, paranoid, dress eccentric, experiences weird things
Schizotypal Personality Disorder tmt ? *same as Schizoid *rule out psychosis
Antisocial Personality Disorder signs ? * lack of remorse, don't abide laws, don't follow obligations, very angry and aggressive, reckless *these are your killers and drug users
Antisocial Personality Disorder tmt ? *usu due to drug use *may lie a lot *be straightforward
Borderline Personality Disorder signs ? *Instability in emotions and interpersonal relationships, inadequate self image, fear of abandonment, suicidal, and marked impulsivity *Ex. married 5 times and an unsuccessful suicide attempt

Histrionic Personality Disorder signs ? * Excessive emotionality and attention seeking, often dramatic *sexual dressers, center of attention, random bs talk just to make you look at them, theatrical emotions, basically your attention whores
Histrionic Personality Disorder tmt ? * experiences illness as attacks on their attractiveness *maintain prof boundaries bc they are very sexual
Narcissistic Personality Disorder signs ? *Grandiosity, a need for admiration, a lack of empathy for the problems and needs of others *arrogant, envious of others or thinks they are of them, will use someone to get what they want
Narcissistic Personality Disorder tmt ? *prepare for their superiority complex and maintain control, don't be defensive *hurts them mentally to go get help bc of their complex *usu ask for specialists bc generalists are not good enough
Avoidant Personality Disorder signs ? * Social inhibition, feelings of inadequacy, and hypersensitivity to criticism or negativism *needs to be liked and fears rejection by others *type to have to know people at a certain event likes them before they will go to it
Avoidant Personality Disorder tmt ? * you may see them a lot bc they develop Sx justifying visits to alleviate their issue
Dependent Personality Disorder signs ? *Submissive and clinging behavior and fears of separation, and dependent on others at all times *constant reassurance needed, never disagree with someone, exacerbbated fear of being left to fend for themselves/alone *aka. your Clingers
Dependent Personality Disorder tmt ? *won't disagree with you *set specific dates for them to come in to help control constant visits
Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder signs ? *Preoccupation with orderliness, perfectionism, and control *this is OCPD, NOT OCD* *can't complete tasks bc of perfectionism, tend to hoard stuff, super super tidy, and this disorder rules their entire life
Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder tmt ? *may be non-compliant as a way to maintain their control *let them participate in tmt decision making and avoid detailed description of the side effects
Cluster A - weirdos, odd, no friends, and paranoid *
Cluster B - drama, huge egos, sexual, and reckless behavior *
Cluster C - clingers, perfectionists, and fearful group *
