| Disciples | A person who helps spread the religious teachings of another. |
| Constantine | An emperor that favored Christianity than the other religion. |
| Parable | A simple story that explains a moral or religious lesson. |
| Judea | A territory where Jesus was born. |
| Crucify | To die nailed on a cross hanging. |
| Prefect | A high official in Rome. |
| Resurrect | Rise from the dead |
| New Testament | 4 gospels in the bible written by Jesus' followers. |
| Gospels | An accountant of the life and teachings of Jesus Christ |
| Missionary | Someone who tries to persuade others to believe in his or her religious teachings. |
| Messiah | A savior that many Jews believed had been promised by God |
