Trapezius: Origin Occipitial and SPs of C7 through T12
Trapezius: Insertion Lateral one-third of clavicle, acromion, and spine of scapula
Trapezius: Action Rotate to opposite side, flex to same side and extend head and neck; elevate, upwardly rotate, ADduct, depress, and stabalize scapula
Latissimus Dorsi: Origin SPs of T6 through T12, last 3-4 ribs, and posterior iliac crest
Latissimus Dorsi: Insertion Crest of lesser tubercle of humerus (Bicepital goove)
Latissimus Dorsi: Action Extend, ADduct and medially roate the shoulder
Teres Major: Origin Lateral border of scapula
Teres Major: Inerstion Crest of lesser tubercle of humerus
Teres Major: Action Extend, ADduct and medially roate the shoulder
Supraspinatus: Origin Supraspinatus fossa of scapula
Supraspinatus: Insertion Greater tubercle of humerus
Supraspinatus: Action ABduct the shoulder, stabilizes head humerus in glenoid cavity
Infraspinatus: Origin Infraspinatus fossa of scapula
Infraspinatus: Insertion Greater tubercle of humerus
