Neuromuscular Therapy & Deep Tissue

| Sauna | A full body treatment in which client is placed in a confined space filled with dry heated air for a period of time |
| Ice Massage | The direct application of a piece of ice to the skin using circular friction |
| Cold Pack | Is the application of cyrotherapy through the use of a bag containing ice, icy water or a cold, non-frozen gel |
| Spa Tub | Immersion in a heated pool/tub containing high pressure jets |
| Hot Compress | The application of a hot, moist cloth or towel |
| Steam Bath | A full body treatment in which a client is placed in a steam-filled confined space for a period of time |
| Hot Pack | The application of thermotherapy through the use of pouches containing, hot water,gel or clay compounds |
| Hot Tub | Immersion in a heated pool/tub without use of high pressure jets. |
| Cold Compress | The application of a cold moist towel or cloth |
| Cold-Towel Friction | Friction motions applied to skin with towels dipped in icy water. |
| Contrast Packs | Alternating the application of hot packs & cold packs to induce cycles of vasodilation and vasoconstriction |
| Paraffin Baths | Affected body parts are dipped into heated way miture, wrapped in plastic wrap and wrapped in towels to contain heat and moisture |
| Watsu | The application of massage, strecthing and joint range of motion movements while the client is floating in near-body-temperature pool. |
| Ice Immersion Bath | Submersing an affected body area in a tub of icy water |
