Colonization is when another country takes our for natural resources
Civil War it's when war id on your land, attacked by other enemies.
Ottoman Empire this was a great empire which is now destoryed
Nationalism is when a country takes control for a little preiod of time. .
Independence is when you have a free goverment.
Chiang Kai-shek Nationlist leader.
Mao Zedong He was the leader of China.
Kuomintang is a nationlist party.
Communism This is when only goverment has control of the country.
Great Leap Forward this was a movement by Mao Zedong. (the leader at the time)
Cultural Revolution to get rid of anything that has to do with old traditions and statues and other old items.
Tiananmen Square this is when colleges and high school students where protesting
