communism A government in which everything and everyone are equal no poor or rich or middle class everyone is on one class level minus the leader
Great leap forward An idea by Mao Zedong to try and econamically jump china ahead to be like america and to improve the agricuture of china in a short amount of time yet ended in death, failing economy, and famines
Cultural revolution Mao Zedong belived that the reason why the great leap forward failed was because all the old was holding him back so he tried to get rid of all the old (including people) with the cultural revoulution
Tianman square (After Maos detah) Many chinese people, mainly students gathered in this spqare to prtest and fight for a more deomocratic and free country but ended in massacure as the army came in and kiled many of people and wouldnt let anyone near the square.
