What type of technology advancements did early people of the southwest make? Built irrigation systems.
How did geography influence the Inuit way of life? They had to learn how to survive in the harsh conditions of the area.
What are the ten native american culture groups? Arctic, Subarctic, Northwest Coast, California, Great Basin, Plateau, Southwest, Plains, Southeast, and Northeast.
In 1438, who proclaimed them self as the emperor of the Inca? Pachacuti Inca Yupanqui; Sapa Inca, or emperor.
What was the advantages of the Inca roads? News and the army could get around fast.
How did the Inca's strengthen their empire? All citizens had to use the language, Quechua, and practice the Inca religion. An extensive network of over 14,00 miles of roads crossed the empire. Ordinary citizen could not use the roads, and trade was limited.
How did the Incas run a good government? nobles ruled the province along with local chiftains officials enforced law and organized labor. Specially trained officials kept record on quipus.
What were Anasazi cities made of? Side of cliff.
