What did the Bantu spread across Africa as they migrated? The Bantu spread their language across Africa as they migrated.
What was the special knowledge the Bantu carried with them as they migrated? The Bantu carried the knowledge of metal working with them as they migrated.
What item did the people of West Africa usually trade to get salt? The west African people usually traded gold to get salt.
What passed along the trans-Saharan trade routes? gold, enslaved people, spices, and Islam.
What is a migration? Movement of people that not even physical barriers can stop.
What was silent trade? A method by which people with no common language could barter goods.
