West Bank Small strip of land in Israel, controlled by Fatah, includes Jerusalem.
Gaza Small spot of land in Israel, controlled by Hamas.
Jimmy Carter Initiated the Camp David Accords
Camp David Accord eaders of Egypt and Israel join Carter, where Israelis sign an agreement to give back Sinai in return for peace from the Egyptians.
Anwar Sadat An Egyptian leader, killed by Muslim extremists.
Yitzhak Rabin Former Israeli leader.
Yassir Arafat Former palestinian leader. After riots, he accepts the UN plan + Israeli peace.
Benjamin Netanyahu Current Israeli Leader.
UN Partition Plan Plan made in 1947 dividing Israel into parts for Palestinians and Israelis.
Saddam Hussein Iraquian dictator, who invades Kuwait.
Oslo Accords Agreement for Israel to pull out of West Bank and Gaza, giving it to the Palestinians.
Bill Clinton Initiated the Oslo Accords
