What are the four primary antioxidants? | betacarotene(vitamin A), vitamin C, vitamin E, and Selenium |
What are free radicals? | the process of using oxygen to burn(oxidize) food for energy results in the formation of them. |
what does antioxidants do? | they fight free radicals through enzymes in our bodies. |
