| What are the two strategies with this condition? | Stretch the short, strengthen the weak. |
| What are some causes of Pes Planus? | Hypermobility, shortened muscles, weakness, nerve legions, trauma, congenital abnormalities in bones, habitually poor posture, poor footware. |
| What areas to you lengthen | Only the long lonitudinal arch, not the medial. |
| Which muscles are lengthened? | Tibialis posterior. |
