Dorsiflexion | Top of foot moves towards the shin.

Plantar Flexion | Top of foot moves away from shin.

Eversion | Sole of foot faces outward.

Inversion | Sole of foot faces inward.

Supination | External rotation of forearm, causing palm to face anteriorly.

Pronation | Internal rotation of the forearm causing palm to face posteriorly.
