Depression   Moving to an inferior position (scapula) I.e. dropping the shoulder

Dorsiflexion   Top of foot moves towards the shin.

Plantar Flexion   Top of foot moves away from shin.

Eversion   Sole of foot faces outward.

Inversion   Sole of foot faces inward.

Supination   External rotation of forearm, causing palm to face anteriorly.

Pronation   Internal rotation of the forearm causing palm to face posteriorly.
